So I think everybody is sort of beginning to arrive at the -- is the conference staying on? Yes. Okay. So we'll just let Michelle get mic-ed up.
Okay, great. We'll get started. So good morning. Welcome. Thank you very much for joining us for the annual results presentation. Firstly, I'd like to introduce you to Michelle McGrath, a very warm welcome to her. She joins the Board today as an Executive Director. I think you -- many of you know Michelle from her various roles in the company over the years, and most recently, as Director of Covent Garden. Before that, she was actually working for UBS. So congratulations, Michelle, and welcome.
