Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome all of you to the 2022 annual share -- meeting of Shareholders of Celsius Holdings, Inc. I am Marcus Sandifer, and I'm the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary, and I will be moderating the meeting. We are conducting this meeting in a hybrid format, both in person here in the Boca Raton office center and via our online meeting portal.
