Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome all of you to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Celsius Holdings, Inc. I am Marcus Sandifer, and I am the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary, and I will be moderating the meeting.
