Thanks for being with us here on our first day of our healthcare conference. I thought what we would do is, first, start out maybe talk a little bit at a higher level about the backdrop for the hospice industry overall. Certainly, it's been an area that extraordinary growth and the acceptance rate in the hospice benefit and it's certainly been very beneficial. But I think MedPAC posts numbers of about 50% penetration rate in the industry today of eligible patients.
