Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Cochlear Limited. I am Rick Holliday-Smith, Chairman of Cochlear, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to today's meeting. There is a quorum present, and I now declare the meeting open.
I'd like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the various lands on which we meet today and pay respect to all aboriginal elders, past and present, and acknowledge today's aboriginal communities who are the custodians of these lands. In response to government restrictions and the potential health risks arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board determined to hold this year's meeting virtually. We very much appreciate your understanding and for joining our virtual meeting.
