Anyway, so thank you, everybody, for joining us. Laurence Alexander with Jefferies Chemical Team. It's my pleasure to introduce Mike Roman, who is the Chairman, CEO and -- for 3M. You've been in this role for now it's almost pretty much a year?

And you were previously COO at 3M, 30 years, lots of different roles, so pretty broad perspective on how the company ticks. So I know you probably have some opening remarks, just sort of laying the stage. So if you want to start off with that, and then we'll jump into questions.
