Good morning, and welcome. I'm Kevin Moran, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Thank you all for being here in the room. We have a full house, and my understanding is we have many joining on the webcast as well. We are so excited to be here at this point, just a couple of short weeks away from the planned spin-off on April 1. As far as the agenda for today, our CEO, Bryan Hanson, is going to get us started off by giving an overview of our businesses, discussing our strong starting point and the opportunity for value creation.
