Good day, and welcome to the Calian Management Update Conference Call. Today's conference is being recorded. At this time, I'd like to turn the conference over to Kevin Ford, CEO of Calian Group. Please go ahead.
Thank you, Gerard, and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. With me today is Patrick Houston, our CFO. We would like you -- to welcome you to this conference call where we provide a management update given recent world events related to the COVID-19 virus. I appreciate many of you who have reached out asking for an update, and we felt it prudent to hold a conference call as we focus our efforts in response to COVID-19.
As you can appreciate, the situation is changing daily, if not hourly, and we are providing an update as of today on the impact to Calian Group.
