Calian Group Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Kevin Ford. I'm the CEO of Calian Group.
Before we begin, I just want to set the stage for the next hour. Shortly, I will be passing the floor to George Weber, Chair of our Board of Directors, and he will conduct the formal proceedings of our Annual General Meeting. Following the formal AGM proceedings and the completion of the voting, Patrick Houston and I will provide a management update.
We acknowledge that we are on a virtual platform this year using a new software called Lumi and understand there may be some technical issues, which we'll work through live, and I want to thank you in advance for your patience. This is our first time in a virtual format and appreciate that maybe some of you are first time here as well. There are instructions on how to use the platform, which can be found on the left-hand side of your screen, including how to submit questions at applicable times during the meeting.
