All right. Hello, everybody. I'm Karl Keirstead. We're super happy to have salesforce keynoting. This is not Bret Taylor. So we had a scheduling change. I looked at it and I thought, former CTO of Facebook, invented the like button. You've got to upgrade, this is not just good enough. And we got Bill. So thank you very much. Bill Patterson is the EVP and GM of salesforce's Service Cloud. So I think, probably within a quarter or 2 about to be the GM of probably the biggest single product line or cloud at salesforce. So super happy to have you.
