Welcome back to the Jefferies Software conference. I am your host, Brent Thill. Thanks for joining. We're here today with salesforce.com, Bill Patterson, EVP and General Manager of CRM Applications. Bill, again, runs Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Essentials, he leads product innovation, growth and customer success across all these solutions.
Prior to Salesforce, he was at Microsoft for 14 years. He was the GM of the Dynamics business at Microsoft, so has obviously extensive history in this end application market space. He's also a hockey player, so he's not afraid to skate where the puck is going. And obviously, Salesforce is skating where the puck is going. So Bill, welcome.
