Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. A very warm welcome to DIC's 9-month Results 2020 Conference Call. Today, I'm here with my Board colleague, Patrick Weiden; Dirk Oehme, our Head of Accounting; and our Investor Relations team headed by Peer Schlinkmann.
As you know, the macroeconomic environment continues to be strongly influenced by the special situation due to COVID-19, especially today. However, based on the figures for the third quarter and the visibility we have for the remainder of the year, we are pleased that we are able to show a very robust performance so far. Therefore, we have refined our guidance for this year. I will give you more details at the end of my presentation.
Now we see a return to normality in the letting and transaction markets. In our ongoing letting discussions, we experienced that our existing tenants as well as new prospective tenants are looking for stability with a reliable partner on their side.
