Thank you very much. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. A very warm welcome to DIC's 2022 9 Months Results Conference Call. Today, I'm joined by my colleague, Patrick Weiden, CCMO of DIC Asset and my colleagues from Accounting and Investor Relations. As usual, we will give a short presentation of the highlights of our 9 months results 2022 followed by a Q&A session.
Ladies and gentlemen, as you all know, we are currently experiencing major changes these days. The major uncertainty is particularly with regards to energy supplies and prices, the stability of supply chains and the development of inflation are leading to a clouding of the economy in Germany. At the same time, a recession is expected in 2023. And also the real estate industry is not unaffected
