Half Year 2020 Dalata Hotel Group PLC Earnings Call Transcript
Hello, and welcome to the Dalata Hotel Group plc half year results call. (Operator Instructions) Today, I am pleased to present Pat McCann and Dermot Crowley. Please begin your meeting.
Good morning, everybody, and thank you all for participating in the meeting. And we did change the time from our normal 8:30 slot to 8:00. There's a lot going on. So we have announced our half year interim results and we also announced a share placing. And the reason for the change is because of the share placing and because of regulation, we are unable to comment any further on it until it's completed later on today and we will then release the full outcome of all of that.
I suppose to clearly state that this displacing is to take advantage of opportunities we see in the marketplace and we will obviously give greater detail as we run through the day and we get this placing complete.
