Dalata Hotel Group PLC Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is John Hennessy, and I'm delighted to welcome you as company Chair to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Dalata Hotel Group plc. This is a somewhat formal meeting, but we will have some informal remarks as we go through. But to deal with some of the formalities, I would tell you that as is now permitted under Irish companies legislation, we have adopted a hybrid meeting format this year for all the obvious reasons. We have a meeting attendance made up of 3 directors and the company's secretary present at the in-person meeting. The remaining members of the Board are joining us remotely. And at the last count, we have 19 other shareholders attending on the virtual meeting platform. This number comfortably exceeds the core requirements under the company's constitution. So I now declare the meeting open.
