Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Monica Girardi, Head of Group Investor Relations. Warm welcome to the 9 months 2019 results presentation, which will be hosted by our CFO, Alberto de Paoli. In this presentation, we will provide some highlights of the period, and Alberto will take you through the operational and financial performance.
