Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Monica Girardi, the Head of Group Investor Relations. Welcome to our Full Year 2020 Results Presentation, which will be hosted by our CEO, Francesco Starace; and our CFO, Alberto de Paoli. In the presentation, Francesco will provide some highlights of the period and will sum up the milestone achieved, while Alberto will take you through the operational and financial performance for the group. Net ordinary income came in at the top of the range, up by 9% year-on-year, demonstrating the resiliency of our business model even in a year of unprecedented disruption.
