Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Will the meeting please come to order?

I would like to welcome all of you to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Evolus, Inc. I am Vikram Malik, Chairman of the Board of Evolus, and I will be presiding at this meeting. Also present at the meeting today are our directors, Simone Blank; Peter Farrell; David Gill; Robert Hayman; and Karah Parschauer; as well as David Moatazedi, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Evolus.

Other members of management present are Lauren Silvernail, CFO and EVP, Corporate Development; Jeff Plumer, VP, Legal and Corporate Secretary; and Ashwin Agarwal, VP, Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations.
