Good morning, and welcome to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Evolus. I would now like to turn the meeting over to Vikram Malik, Chairman of the Board. Mr. Malik, you may now proceed.
Hello, ladies and gentlemen. Will the meeting please order? I want to welcome all of you to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Evolus, Inc. I'm Vikram Malik, Chairman of the Board of Evolus, and I will be presiding at this meeting Also present at the meeting today are our directors Simone Blank, Peter Farrell, Robert Hayman and Karah Parschauer as well as David Moatazedi, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Evolus.
Other members of management present are Lauren Silvernail, CFO and EVP, Corporate Development; and Jeff Plumer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
