The Annual Meeting of Equitable Group will now begin.
Good morning, and thank you for taking the time today to join Equitable's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. My name is David LeGresley. I'm Chair of the Board and Director of Equitable Group, the parent company of Equitable Bank, Canada's Challenger Bank. Andrew Moor, our President and CEO; Tim Wilson, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Michael Mignardi, the bank's Vice President and General Counsel; and Linda Dwyer, our Corporate Secretary, are also participating.
