Hello, and welcome to the Equitable Group Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. Please note that today's meeting is being recorded.
It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Chairman, David LeGresley. Sir, the floor is yours.
Thank you very much. Good morning, and thank you for taking the time to join Equitable's 2021 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. My name is David LeGresley, I'm Chair of the Board and a Director of Equitable Group, the parent company of Equitable Bank.
Andrew Moor, our President and CEO; Chadwick Westlake, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Mike Mignardi, the Bank's Vice President and General Counsel; and Linda Dwyer, our Corporate Secretary, are also participating.
