Well, listen, good morning, everyone, and thank you very much for joining us here today and everybody who's watching this as well to discuss easyJet's full year 2023 results. And with me, as usual, I have Kenton Jarvis who's the company's CFO. And I'm also pleased to welcome the whole of my airline management Board team who are here today. In addition to that, we have also the company's Chairman, Stephen Hester, are here today.
And I really like to encourage you. I mean we are here for you. So do take the time after the Q&A, if you want to speak to each and every one of ourselves individually, that you do approach us and ask any questions you might have.
