We're excited to have you here. We're grateful that you'd make the trek West, make the trip out to Utah to get to know our team better, learn more about Extra Space. And we appreciate the interest and the support. We also recognize that some of you might have come because there's a skiing activity today -- tomorrow, and that's great. We're happy that, that got you here. We also know that there might be some of our friends, like Ki Bin, who came really just for Sundance to test out his new hat. We're excited to have him as well. Again, whatever got you here, we're excited to have you.
