Okay, great. Well, thanks, everyone for joining the afternoon session. Hopefully, you're in the right room. This is Extra Space, EXR. And to my left -- I'm Jeff Spector; far left, Shirley Wu and Alua joined our team recently and is also leading on self-storage and residential with Shirley. To my direct left, Joe Margolis, CEO of Extra Space. I'm going to turn things over to Joe who will introduce his team and then talk about EXR for maybe 5, 10 minutes.
