So with that, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the Annual General and Special Meeting of the shareholders of 4Front Ventures Corp., to which I'll refer to as the company for the duration of this meeting. My name is Joshua Rosen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. And with the consent of the meeting, I will be acting as Chairman of this meeting as required by the articles of the company.
