Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. This is the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of 4Front Ventures Corporation to which I will refer to as the company for the duration of the meeting. My name is Kathi Lentzsch, Chair of the Board of Directors of the company. And pursuant to the articles of the company, I will be acting as the Chair of this meeting.
