Good morning, everyone, and thank you very much for joining us on this conference call to review the DfT's decision to award the West Coast partnership to our joint venture with Trenitalia. I'm joined on the call today by Ryan Mangold, our new CFO, as well as a number of my FirstGroup colleagues, and we'll be talking through the summary slides that can be found in the Reports and Presentations section of our investor website, before we open up to any questions you may have.
