Thank you. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us on the call today. I'm joined by Ryan, by Rachael, Faisal and Nick as well as our Chairman, David Martin. We've got a couple of topics to update you on today. The launch of our disposal process for the North American contract businesses as well as an update on trading since our half year-end.
Let me start with our North American contract businesses. As you know, we previously set out the fact that we had appointed advisers to formally explore all options in respect to First Student and First Transit, including a potential sale.
