Thank you. Good afternoon, everybody. It's a really good crowd considering the number of people I saw at the bar on the way over here. It's great to be here again, and update you on the progress we've made at Homology Medicines over the last year to two years now. Forward looking statements, I'm glad we can skip by that slide. When I come to the Mesa, I really see the crystallization of genetic medicines and the ability now to actually talk about curing diseases, versus a world that we've been in for a long time where you can only treat a disease. So this is what really drives us and everybody here in the room at Homology in terms of being able to treat and potentially cure patients living with rare genetic disorders.
So Homology is a fully integrated company with a dual platform for gene therapy, and in-vivo gene editing. The technology really involves 15 novel AAV capsids that were isolated from human stem cells. And as an immunologist I really like that profile because it would lead you to believe that there is
