Homology Medicines Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. I'm Kush Parmar, Chairman of the Board of Homology Medicines and Chairperson of today's meeting. I'm very happy to welcome you to our 2022 annual meeting of stockholders, which we are holding virtually.
Before the meeting is called to order, I'd like to introduce to you the other members of the Board and executive officers of the company who are on the webcast today. The other members of the board in attendance are: Arthur Tzianabos, Chief Executive Officer of Homology; Steven Gillis; Richard Gregory; Matthew Patterson; Jeffrey Poulton; Alise Reicin; and Mary Thistle.
