Costa Group Holdings Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Fellow shareholders, ladies and gentlemen, good morning, and welcome to the 2021 Costa Group Annual General Meeting. My name is Neil Chatfield, and I'm the Chairman of Costa Group Holdings Limited.
Firstly, I would like to start by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we are meeting and on the lands in which we work, live and grow. We pay our respects to their elders, past, present and emerging, and the aboriginal elders of other communities who may be listening in today.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances we continue to face with COVID, and particularly the restrictions that have been put in place in Victoria over the last few days, we are holding this meeting in a different way in the interest of public safety. Shareholders are still able to participate in proceedings virtually and can ask questions and vote. I can confirm Costa's constitution permits the use of technology to facilitate a meeting of members at 2 or more venues, and we will now proceed on that basis.
