Orion Energy Systems Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and we welcome everyone here today and everyone accessing over our meeting through the live audio webcast to the 2019 Orion Energy Systems, Inc. Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting will please come to order. I'm Mike Altschaefl, the CEO and Board Chair of Orion Energy, and I will act as Chair of today's meeting. Steve Barth of Foley & Lardner and the Board's Secretary will act as Secretary of the meeting. Richard Dancy of Foley & Lardner has been appointed as the inspector of elections for the shareholder actions to be taken at the meeting.
As we've done in past years, we have made access to our meeting easier due to the growing number of shareholders across the country and the world. And so rather than having to attend our meeting in person, many of our shareholders are listening to our meeting via the live webcast.
