Hello and welcome to the Orion Energy Systems, Inc. 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'll now turn the call over to the Chair, Mike Altschaefl. Please go ahead.
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. We welcome everyone here today to the 2020 Orion Energy Systems, Inc. Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is being held as a virtual meeting. The meeting will please come to order.
I am Mike Altschaefl, CEO and Board Chair for Orion Energy Systems, Inc., and I will act as Chair of this meeting. Steve Barth of Foley & Lardner and the Board's Secretary will act as secretary of the meeting. Garrett Bishop of Foley & Lardner has been appointed as the inspector of elections for the shareholder actions to be taken at this meeting.
