Matinas BioPharma Holdings Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. I am Jerry Jabbour, Chief Executive Officer of Matinas BioPharma Holdings, Inc. On behalf of the officers and the Board of Directors of Matinas, I would like to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We are pleased to have each of you participating virtually.
First, we will dispose of the formal business of the Annual Meeting contained in the proxy materials previously mailed to all stockholders. At the conclusion of the formal portion of the meeting, we will make a short presentation regarding the company's business, and you will have the opportunity to submit questions at that time.
Before we begin the business portion of the meeting, I would like to recognize several individuals. Matinas' corporate officers present today are: Terry Ferguson, Chief Medical Officer; Keith Kucinski, Chief Financial Officer; and Terri Matkovits, Chief Development Officer. Also joining the call today is Mr. Ian Cooney, Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development.
