Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm very pleased to be able to welcome all of you, who've joined us for the presentation of the Q4 results and for the full year '21. We'll kick off, as a matter of tradition, by saying a few words about our main accomplishments during the first portion of the presentation.
We'll talk about the magnitude of our operations vis-a-vis the market. We'll talk about our financial results. We'll see where we are, in terms of the execution of the PZU Group strategy. And having in mind the full-year results, how this basically poises us, in terms of our strategic plans and objectives.
So without any more ado, let me say what we all know. I hope that 2021 was a particularly good year for PZU, in terms of sales and the results that we delivered on these sales as well as in our various business lines, and this was not just a result of what happened in Q4 but in the full year. And we were able to achieve this, thanks to a highly-diversified business model.
