Good morning, everybody. Welcome to Stifel's fourth annual Cross Sector Insight Conference. We are hoping that this is the last virtual conference that we put on, and we look forward to welcoming everybody next year actually live in Boston.
My name is Shlomo Rosenbaum; I am the business services analyst here at Stifel, and I want to welcome you all to this fireside chat with Alan Stewart, who is the CFO of ShotSpotter. Alan is going to go ahead and give us the ShotSpotter presentation; and after he's done with the presentation, we're going to have probably a few minutes left over for Q&A.
(Conference Instructions) Alan, from what I've seen, it's definitely a very interesting company. It seems like very interesting technology. It seems like there's a certain efficiency that your business can bring to police forces, which are definitely necessary to enhance the safety of the communities.
