Thank you, Chris. Good morning. I'm Pascal Levensohn, Chair of the Board of Directors of ShotSpotter, Inc., and I'm very pleased to welcome all of you to ShotSpotter's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. As you know, we're hosting our third annual meeting to a virtual online platform. We believe this affords us the opportunity for continued engagement with our stockholders regardless of location, while taking health and safety precautions as the world continues to grapple with the ramifications of the COVID-19 pandemic. With that in mind, I want to thank you all for taking the time to join us, and hope you are safe and well.
