Thank you, and good morning and indeed good afternoon for a few of you, and thanks for joining this full year results call for the financial year 2022. As usual, I'm joined by Kevin Balloch, our CFO; and Steve Hay, our General Manager of Marketing, as well as James Fuller, our Manager of Communications and Investor Relations, and you'll be hearing from a couple of the guys as we move through the presentation.
