The shareholders, Base Resources, staff and guests. My name is Mike Stirzaker and I'm the Chair of Base Resources. I will begin by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we meet today. The what you people of the Noonga nation and pay my respects to their elders past and present.
It's my pleasure to welcome you to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Base Resources. This Annual General Meeting is being held as a hybrid meeting, both here at the Vibe hotel in person and online via the Lumi software platform.
Lumi software platform allows shareholders, proxy holders and guests to view a live webcast of the meeting. Shareholders and proxy holders can also ask questions, both orally and via the text-based Q&A function and vote online, they can be a small transmission delay for the live webcast for those joining online.
For this reason, there may be some slightly longer than normal pauses during the meeting to ensure our online attendees have sufficient opportunity to participate. If online attendees
