Hello, everyone. I would like to thank you, first and foremost, for coming to participate in our presentation of financial results for fiscal 2018. CFO Hishinuma will go through the details of Bridgestone Corporation's financial results for fiscal 2018. But before that, under the management, I'm thanking for myself.
New management structure, it says, which was announced back in December of last year, and this new management structure has been initiated and has taken effect in January of 2019. Of course, I remember that I showed this to you in this December, but once again, objectives, as listed here, to facilitate here the transformation that we have been going through, broadly speaking, globalization as well as a solution business, both to be strengthened at an accelerated speed; number two is generation change; and number three is next year, to host the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games 2020, various games and main events to be prepared for.
