Awesome. Well, thank you so much for coming, everyone. Today we have Eric Smit of eGain, the CFO, who will be presenting.
Chris, thanks. Hi, everybody. Thanks for joining us today. I'd like to spend about 20 minutes just giving a brief overview of eGain and then spend a little bit of time for questions at the end.
So getting started, eGain was founded in 1997. What we do, we provide omnichannel customer engagement solutions focused on AI. So focused on omnichannel customer engagement solution, focused principally for large B2C organizations, the key verticals being financial services, telco, retail, healthcare, and government.
Just where we sit today. We see ourselves -- again, founded in 1997. We have been at this for some time now. We find ourselves at a point where there is this level of activity is sort of at a point that we have never seen before.
