Hey everybody. Tim Horan here, the Cloud and Communications Analyst at Oppenheimer. My pleasure to have the very senior management team here from eGain which I think is an extremely, extremely interesting company. I've only actually picked them up about six months ago. Eric has probably been incredibly bored with me asking questions all the time and then peppering him with, but he's been very, very informative. And we have the CEO also Ashu, on the line here. And I guess, Ashu, I was going to maybe start out with a really high-level question. How did you guys evolve into the position that you are in right now? I know you've been at it a long time, just maybe some of the history behind the Company and where you are at now?
