Thank you, operator, and hello, and welcome, everyone. My name is Jeffrey Orr. And as Chair of the Boards of Great-West Lifeco and the Canada Life Assurance Company, it's my pleasure to welcome you to our annual meetings.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, our investors and the community in general, we're holding our annual meetings virtually this year. And in line with the directors from public health and government authorities, our companies, along with several large Canadian banks and insurance companies, obtained a court order permitting us to conduct virtual annual meetings.
