Well, a very good morning to you all. Thank you so much for joining us. I hope that you, your colleagues and your families remain safe and well. Welcome to our second virtual market update. We hope to be able to see you in person for our half year update later on in the year. A simple reminder of the format, Alan will talk through the financial performance of the group and I'll follow with an operational and a strategic update and look-forward.
I want to start by thanking all of our colleagues who have worked tirelessly in the face of adversity to operate our business successfully, serve customers and support suppliers as well as each other. I'm proud to have been part of the TP family over the last year. And our colleagues have done the company proud. The challenges we've had to overcome have been absolutely extraordinary, and they're ongoing. But the TP spirit has absolutely come to the fore.
