Hello, and welcome to the Nordstrom 2020 Annual Shareholder Meeting. I would now like to introduce Brad Smith, Chairman of the Board, for opening remarks.
Good morning. My name is Brad Smith, and I have the distinct privilege of serving as the Chairman of the Nordstrom Board. This year, in response to concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, we've adopted a virtual format for our annual meeting to help reduce the risk of potentially transmitting the virus while providing a consistent experience to all shareholders regardless of your location. While we have time set aside at the end of the meeting for questions and answers, you're able to ask questions at any time by simply using the Ask A Question box on the bottom left side of your screen. You can also vote at any time by using the voting tool on the bottom right.
