As you may recall, as of January 1, 2019, we determined Onex met the definition of an investment entity as defined by IFRS 10. This change in status has fundamentally changed how we prepare, present and discuss our financial results. It's important to note that periods ending on or before December 31, 2018, have not been restated to reflect this change.
