Good afternoon. I'm Ellen Page from the Jefferies aerospace and defense equity research team. And welcome to our industrials conference with Alan Edrick, Executive Vice President and CFO of OSI Systems here with us today. He joined the Company in this role in 2006.
With that, Alan will lead us through his presentation.
Well, thank you, Ellen, and thank you all for joining us today. I think we have an exciting story to share with you. At OSI Systems, we're a June 30 year end, so we recently completed our fiscal year. And we will be reporting our Q4 and fiscal year results here shortly. So all the information that you're going to see here is based on -- through March 31.
So let's jump into it, the Safe Harbor language. Let's go into our business. So at OSI Systems, we're really three businesses: we're a security business, we're a healthcare business, and we tie it all together with our optoelectronics.
