Good afternoon, and thank you for joining us today at the Cowen aerospace and defense conference. Presenting next, we have OSI Systems; a vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of specialized electronic systems and components. Presenting on behalf of OSI today, it's my pleasure to introduce Alan Edrick, Executive Vice President and CFO, who will give a brief presentation on OSI and then we can open up for Q&A. Alan?
