I -- the question that I got when I met -- went down and met with Gene Lee at Darden a couple of years ago, he gave me somewhat grief for not asking the strategy question upfront. And so I try to now lead with the strategy question. Can you maybe talk through what your overarching view is for Potbelly's business strategy, the growth and the plan to kind of get sales to turn positive? And how you sort of envision getting there?
