Following the arrival of new management, which is to my right, in 2020, Potbelly has had considerable success with clear signs of progress on multiple fronts, including average weekly sales growth, margin expansion, and a growing franchisee pipeline as the company lays the groundwork for a multi-year ramp in franchise developments.
